2. How can I track my order?
For your convenience you may use our online order tracking system to receive the status of your order. To track your order you will need to know your "Order Number" that you were given at the time your order was placed.

3. How do I return an item?
If for any reason you are not pleased with your shipment, call customer service at 800-458-0024 or send an email to . Please have your packing list. Merchandise may be returned in resalable condition within 30 days of receipt of shipment for credit or exchange. Prior to returning any product, please contact us to get a return authorization number which must be written on any boxes returned to us. Please report damages within 15 days.
