1. Why do I get the message "Your shopping cart is empty" whenever I try to "Checkout", even though there are items in my shopping cart?
If you are using a Netscape browser, it is necessary to have your browser set to accept "cookies" in order to be able to place an order. Didax uses "session cookies" which exist only for as long as your browser remains open. After you exit your browser, the cookies are deleted.

2. Why don't the "drop-down" menus at the top of the page work on every page?
In order to make some pages load faster, we have removed the "DHTML drop-down" menus.
