In order to return items, you must obtain an RMA # from Didax. Merchandise must be returned in resalable condition within 30 days of receipt of shipment for credit or exchange. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Custom kits are non-returnable.
Merchandise Damage or Shortage
Upon receipt of order, please check to ensure you have received the same number of packages that are on the freight bill. Note shortages or any damage on the receipt prior to signing. Keep any damaged package and contact customer service within 10 days of receipt. Actual products may differ slightly from photographs in catalog and on website.
