The School Phonics program consists of 55 lessons that may be taught in as little as 20 weeks or spread out into 30 or more weeks, depending on class level or size.

Typically used in first grade, it can also be used as an intervention program in grades 3 and 4. The clean, functional design of the program lends itself well to standard class sizes or to small groups. It is appropriate to use the program in tutoring settings as well.

Student Book 2, full-color and consumable, contains lessons 33-55 of the 55 School Phonics lessons. The 176 pages provide children ample opportunity to practice and demonstrate mastery.
