"Healthy Choices" provides teachers and students with the tools to directly confront the growing health crisis in our children.

"Healthy Choices" aims to increase students' awareness of healthy lifestyles, helping them to develop positive habits that will stay with them into adulthood.

The program is divided into four sections:
- A Healthy Lifestyle
- A Healthy Diet
- Exercise and Fitness
- Self-Management

Each activity also includes a "health challenge" that extends the learning about healthy lifestyles to the home environment to reinforce the important home-school connection.
