Space Academy: Finding P.I.P.E.R.

In Space Academy: Finding P.I.P.E.R., students act as cadets on a rescue mission—plotting coordinates, building a motorized racer, and collecting real distance and time data. They move from coordinate grid work to graphing their own data and making predictions. Students apply concepts such as ordered pairs, rate, ratio, and polygon classification through mission challenges. They use coordinate geometry and data analysis to locate and rescue a stranded robot.
