To celebrate Didax’s 50th Birthday, we’re giving back to the educators who inspire us every day! Each month, one educator will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during that month for a chance to win a $50 Didax Gift Card plus our newest poster, Think Like a Mathematician. Entries may be made online at the Didax website or by mail. Participants may enter once. Any individual previously selected as a winner will be removed from subsequent monthly drawings.

1. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (19 or older in AL and NE, 21 or older in MS). Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, officers, and directors of Didax, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, vendors, independent contractors, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to enter or win Once an individual has been selected as a winner, they are no longer eligible to win again during the remainder of the Promotion Period.
2. Promotion Period. The giveaway begins at 12:00 AM ET on January 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on December 31, 2026. One winner will be randomly selected each month during the Promotion Period.
3. How to Enter.
- Online Entry: Eligible participants may enter one time during the Promotion Period by completing the official entry form at https://www.didax.com/birthday-giveaway.html or through any designated Didax promotional link. Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire giveaway period. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
Alternative (Mail-In) Entry: To enter without completing the online entry form, participants may mail a 3" x 5" card with their full name, address, phone number, email address, occupation, and school name to: Didax 50th Birthday Giveaway Entry, 395 Main Street, Rowley, MA 01969.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the last day of the applicable month and received within five (5) business days thereafter.
Mail-in entries count as one (1) entry and are subject to the same eligibility rules.
4. Prizes. Each month, one (1) winner will receive a Didax $50 gift card and a Think Like a Mathematician poster (Approximate Retail Value $7.99). The total Approximate Retail Value of the monthly prize package is $57.99.
- Gift cards and posters are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash or combined with any other promotional code.
- Didax reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable.
- Note: The $50 gift card must be used in one single purchase; it may not used over multiple transactions.
5. Winner Selection and Notification. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received each month. An entrant may only win once; any individual previously selected as a winner will be removed from subsequent monthly drawings. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- Winner notification and a virtual gift card will be sent to the email address provided at submission. The poster will be mailed to the postal address provided at submission.
- Time to Claim: Potential winners must respond to the notification within five (5) business days of the initial email to claim their prize. If a potential winner fails to respond within this time frame, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize, and an alternative winner may be selected at Didax’s discretion.
6. Publicity Release. By entering, participants grant Didax permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. Release of Liability. By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Didax, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, losses, or damages arising out of participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
8. Privacy. Information collected through the entry process will be used solely for the administration of this giveaway and in accordance with the Didax Privacy Policy. Personal data will not be sold or shared except as necessary for prize fulfillment or as required by law.
9. General Conditions. Didax reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs its integrity or proper functioning. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Didax, which are final and binding.
10. Governing Law. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Winners List. To obtain a copy of the winners list, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Didax 50th Birthday Giveaway Winner’s List, 395 Main Street, Rowley, MA 01969. Requests must be received no later than February 28, 2027. Vermont residents may omit return postage.
